What is included in the £50 delivery and installation fee?
Travel to you, carrying the bed in, assembly, placing the mattress, positioning the bed as agreed and demonstrating the controls.
What happens if the bed is not available?
We will contact you to discuss the next available date and any other potentially suitable options. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
How does the deposit work?
The £50 deposit is kept separately. It is returnable within 3–5 business days after collection, less any agreed costs for damage caused by misuse. If there is no agreed damage to the bed, you can opt to use the deposit to pay for your £50 collection fee.
What if I end my hire shortly after a 28-day payment?
There is a seven-day notice period, and your hire remains payable during that notice period. Once the hire ends, any unused days from your 28-day advance payment are refunded at £5 per day.
Why should I hire instead of buying a bed?
Buying a bed can be a good option if it will be used for a long period. However, the initial outlay can be substantial, with new care beds often costing around £1,600–£3,500 from a manufacturer. On resale, these beds almost always lose over 80% of their value. Hiring can be a more affordable and cost-effective route for shorter-term needs, particularly where a bed may be needed for less than a year.
Can someone enquire for another person?

Do you deliver upstairs?
